PAYMENT METHODS
We make use of PayFast as our payment gateway. PayFast allows you to pay with all major credit cards. It also enables South African customers to pay via Instant EFT, supporting all major South African banks.
Should you have any issues with finalizing your payment with us, then you can also make use of the manual bank transfer-option. Kindly send us an email to hello@pangolinn.com and we’ll assist you to the best of our abilities. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION
PANGO & LINN. ships worldwide:
* R130 flat fee to any South African address door-to-door, using The Courier Guy.
* R300 flat fee to anywhere in the world, using EMS.

International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes associated with the importation of merchandise. we cannot be held liable for these fees and recommend contacting your local customs agency for an indication of any charges you may have to pay when bringing a parcel into your country.

PROCESSING AND TIMING
Most PANGO & LINN. products are made to order. After receiving payment, we will get kicking. Please allow up to two weeks maximum to handcraft your product. Kindly keep in mind that your item will be cut, stained, stitched and finished by hand. Completing these processes with precision, takes it's time :)
Once your order is ready and has been shipped, you will receive the relevant tracking information in your inbox.

Domestic shipping may take up to 2-3 working days
International shipping may take up to 14 working days

RETURNS
We accept fully un-used items purchased from pangolinn.com within 14 days from the date of purchase on all domestic orders.
* International orders are not eligible for returns
* Personalised items are not eligible for returns

REFUND
It may take up to 1-2 weeks for us to receive your shipment. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a notification email that your refund has been processed & issued. Any shipping charges applied to the order will not be refunded.
